I live in Kamakura in Japan. Three years ago, I moved to Buffalo NY with my husband who had been transferred, and after two years there, moved again to San Francisco. We really enjoyed our life in the U.S.A. and I returned to Japan.
My husband has been working hard for many years and cherished great hopes for going on trips around world after his retirement. The time has finally come! Now he really enjoys making plans for our trips; he does the whole itinerary by himself.
My role is packing! I am good at packing because I have moved seven times since I got married and my husband traveled very often on business trips. I always packed for him. I also love taking pictures. I enjoyed many beautiful birds in Buffalo; that is when I started taking pictures.
I would like to write my blog posts in English because I hope to continue using English and telling my life to my friends in the U.S.A., although my English is not perfect and I sometimes make grammatical mistakes.
I really appreciate that my tutor Amanda from Buffalo, NY, who I call my "American Daughter" always encourages me to write this blog.
